Position: Construction Estimator

Compensation: $70,000 – $115,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Construction Estimator to join their team!

Join a fourth-generation construction company known for its commitment to client satisfaction and excellence. This is your chance to work on exciting projects like commercial mid-rise, mixed-use, and hospitality. Take charge of building professional relationships and deliver top-notch results.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates from plans and specifications
• Utilize on-screen takeoff software for technical accuracy
• Develop subcontractor relationships and manage RFP process
• Qualify and level subcontractors’ proposals
• Prepare detailed critical path job schedules
• Market the company and seek future business opportunities
• Interact with clients, architects, and engineers
• Assist in RFP, RFQ, and bidding processes

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3-5 years of commercial construction estimating experience
• Proficient with commercial estimating software
• Leader who takes responsibility and works well with others
• Extensive knowledge of industry practices and market trends
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Timberline/SageCRE, Planswift, Bluebeam
• Ability to maintain professionalism under deadlines
• Commitment to continuous learning
