Position: Field Sales Account Manager

Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 annually, + uncapped commission

Location: Washington, Oregon, Idaho

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Field Sales Account Manager to join their team!

Join a dynamic team driving sales activity across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. This role is perfect for someone with a strong sales background who thrives on building customer relationships and developing strategic accounts. With a focus on expanding product categories and growing account penetration, this opportunity offers a chance to make a significant impact and contribute to business growth. The position is open due to a backfill, ensuring a seamless transition and an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships across assigned territory
  • Travel throughout territory Tuesday–Thursday with overnight travel as needed
  • Develop and execute quarterly territory plans to achieve sales goals
  • Identify strategic accounts using market share data
  • Attend and participate in trade shows within assigned territory
  • Expand product categories and grow account penetration
  • Manage and maintain sales pipeline activity
  • Promote customer adoption of online ordering platforms
  • Prepare proposals, conduct outreach, and close new business opportunities
  • Collaborate effectively within a remote sales environment

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • High school diploma required
  • Located in Washington, Oregon, or Idaho required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Experience with CRM platforms like NetSuite or Salesforce
  • Demonstrated experience with cold calling and closing new business
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
