Position: Technical Project Manager

Compensation: $95,000 – $135,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Technical Project Manager to join their team!

This is a great opportunity for a collaborative project leader who enjoys guiding software delivery, supporting technical teams, and keeping complex projects moving forward. You’ll work closely with engineering and client stakeholders in a fast-paced environment where problem-solving, communication, and adaptability are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead software delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Support team timesheets, invoices, and budget projections.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Remove blockers affecting team progress and releases.
• Maintain client reporting on budgets, timelines, and risks.
• Coach teams on software development best practices.
• Support onboarding and release management activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Background supporting software development teams.
• Experience in mid-level to enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Lean, or Kanban.
• Strong client-facing communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience managing timesheets, invoices, and budget tracking.
• Ability to maintain documentation and status reporting.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, QuickBooks, Azure DevOps, or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with release management processes.
• Experience leading internal and external project meetings.
• Background working with diverse development languages.
• Comfort working in a flexible, autonomous environment.
• Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
