Position: Application Admin

Compensation: $65,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Application Admin to join their team!

Join a leading financial institution known for its stability and employee-focused culture. As an Application Admin, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting key applications, ensuring smooth operations and compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to become a subject matter expert and contribute to a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Maintain and support assigned applications and related systems
• Provide user support for business processes and procedures
• Manage user access and application configuration
• Monitor vendor communications for application updates
• Test and evaluate upgrades and new functionalities
• Assist with system integrations and customizations
• Monitor and report on assigned systems
• Ensure compliance with internal and external policies

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Minimum one year of systems implementation and support experience
• Experience with Windows server administration and troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge of development/code
• Strong customer service and team player skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with SQL and application support
• Experience with FinTech systems such as IBM Sterling, Business Objects
• Three or more years of systems implementation and support experience
