Position: Civil Project Manager

Compensation: $ 105000 – 135000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Civil Project Manager to join their team!

Are you ready to take charge of exciting civil engineering projects? Join a dynamic team where you’ll manage all aspects of civil engineering and geotechnical design for site development. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the infrastructure of new store developments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and enhancing customer experiences. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage civil engineering plans and geotechnical design
• Ensure compliance with standards and municipal codes
• Develop cost-effective designs and solutions
• Resolve permitting issues and collaborate with contractors
• Review prospective sites for engineering implications
• Travel to evaluate best practices for new store designs
• Create detailed cost estimates and approval packages
• Manage consultants and professional service agreements
• Coordinate with departments to capture non-standard site items

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
• Seven years of engineering design and project management
• Proficient use of MS Office
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Ten years of civil design and geotechnical experience
• Proficient use of AutoCAD Civil 3D Software
• Registration as a Professional Engineer
