Position: Business Analyst

Compensation: $50 – $60 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

As a Business Analyst, you’ll be integral to enhancing customer experiences through digital channels, supporting brand management, and leading innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead complex business projects and initiatives
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Develop models and forecasts for strategic planning
• Identify and recommend innovative solutions
• Serve as a technical resource for less experienced team members
• Engage with stakeholders to define project goals
• Improve processes using best practices
• Communicate effectively with leadership
• Act as a reporting systems expert
• Take self-directed action to resolve issues

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years of related experience
• Expertise in database and reporting software
• Strong project leadership skills
• Ability to solve complex problems
• Proficiency in computer modeling
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to synthesize and analyze data
• Strong communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with JIRA
• Digital channels experience (IVR, .COM, etc.)
• Experience in customer-facing roles
