Position: Plant Accountant

Compensation: $ 160,000 – 190,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Plant Accountant to join their team!

Join a dynamic team as a Plant Accountant in a leading manufacturing environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead financial operations and provide strategic insights to enhance plant performance. The position is based on-site, ensuring close collaboration with plant leadership to drive financial excellence. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Serve as the primary finance partner to plant leadership
• Own plant forecasting and budgeting processes
• Deliver performance management and variance analysis
• Develop and maintain plant KPI dashboards
• Strengthen plant costing mechanics and margin visibility
• Support plant inventory performance and working-capital drivers
• Provide finance support for plant capex planning and reporting
• Lead cost reduction programs and engage with production teams
• Ensure finance processes are SOX-compliant
• Lead and develop a small plant finance team

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing finance or related roles
• Experience with plant costing and standard cost governance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• SAP proficiency (FI/CO and/or manufacturing-related modules)
• MBA, CPA, or CMA certification
• Experience with digital reporting tools and BI tools
