Position: Operations Finance Director

Compensation: $210,000 – $250,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Operations Finance Director to join their team!

With a new CFO aiming to transform the finance department, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, impacting global manufacturing and supply chain operations. This role offers substantial travel opportunities and relocation support for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead enterprise operations financial outcomes
• Translate plant-level drivers into enterprise forecasts
• Govern operations planning framework
• Serve as functional leader for Plant Controller organization
• Drive consistent best practices in cost accounting
• Deliver CFO-ready operations performance reviews
• Oversee capital planning and ROI evaluation
• Ensure alignment between operations finance and corporate FP&A

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
• 15+ years in operations finance, manufacturing finance, or FP&A
• Experience leading multi-site operations finance organizations
• Proven executive-level decision-making influence
• Deep expertise in manufacturing and supply chain financial drivers
• Strong systems orientation, including ERP environments

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• MBA or advanced degree
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification
• Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis skills
• Success building standardized finance frameworks
