Position: AI Business Analyst

Compensation: $85,000 – $110,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled AI Business Analyst to join their team!

This role offers an exciting opportunity to bridge the gap between AI technology and business operations. As a key member of the AI team, you will work closely with various business units to identify opportunities for AI and automation, ensuring projects are well-defined and prioritized. This is a unique chance to influence the future of AI within a leading organization, working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead discovery conversations to identify AI opportunities
• Develop detailed documentation for solution design and delivery
• Manage the AI use case backlog and prioritize initiatives
• Define requirements and success criteria for AI projects
• Coordinate across teams to ensure project progress
• Promote AI capabilities and build confidence within the organization
• Support business units throughout the AI initiative lifecycle

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant U.S.-based experience
• Experience in business discovery and process documentation
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Familiarity with AI and automation concepts
• Comfortable working in a regulated environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience managing a backlog or pipeline of work
• Experience in a business analyst or functional lead role
• Familiarity with project tracking tools like Asana
• Experience with process mapping methodologies
• Experience in regulated industries such as banking or finance
