Position: Field Technician

Compensation: $27 – $28 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide hands-on support at the south hospital
• Support devices, desktops, and related equipment
• Collaborate with doctors and hospital staff
• Troubleshoot technical issues effectively
• Ensure smooth operation of Windows and Office 365
• Maintain Active Directory systems
• Deliver exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong experience in Field Tech/Desktop Support role
• Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues
• Experience with Windows, Office 365, Active Directory
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and reliably
• Drug and background check required
• Required vaccinations: TB test, Flu, and original COVID shots

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience working in a healthcare environment
• Knowledge of hospital systems and protocols
• Familiarity with medical equipment support
