Position: Accounting Supervisor – Fixed Assets

Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounting Supervisor – Fixed Assets to join their team!

This is a rare opportunity to lead the fixed asset accounting function, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. The role is open due to an internal promotion, offering hands-on training from the previous supervisor. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Oversee fixed asset accounting processes
• Maintain accuracy of asset records
• Coordinate physical asset inventories
• Calculate and review depreciation expenses
• Prepare and review journal entries
• Reconcile fixed asset subledger to the general ledger
• Support month-end and year-end close activities
• Track capital expenditures against budgets
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Procurement teams
• Identify process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with fixed asset accounting
• Working knowledge of capitalization policies and GAAP
• Strong Microsoft Excel and accounting systems experience
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
• Experience in a capital-intensive industry
• ERP system experience or implementation exposure
• Experience with process improvement initiatives
• Strong attention to detail
