Position: Staff Property Accountant

Compensation: $80,000 – $83,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Dallas, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Staff Property Accountant to join their team!

Join a dynamic team within a leading private oil and gas investment firm. The role has opened due to organizational restructuring, offering a chance to contribute to a team with strong employee retention and internal promotion paths.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage property accounting for assigned regions
• Participate in the full accounting cycle
• Handle JIB, revenue, and tax accounting
• Collaborate with managers and senior accountants
• Rotate between property loads to gain diverse experience
• Support the team during busy periods
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment
• Engage in continuous learning and development

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 6 months to 2 years of accounting experience
• Public accounting background preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Team-oriented and proactive attitude
• CPA or CPA-track preferred, but not required

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in oil and gas industry
• High academic performance
• Experience with property accounting
