Position: Dynamics365 Administrator

Compensation: $ 29 – 32 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Dynamics365 Administrator to join their team!

Join a dynamic team as a Dynamics365 Administrator! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who excels in communication and is passionate about improving business processes. You will work closely with a team to streamline operations and enhance user experience, all while being a key player in training and supporting users across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships within the organization.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Conduct user trainings and troubleshoot system issues
• Manage data entry and project data clean-up
• Collaborate with the team to optimize business processes
• Gather and relay user feedback for system improvements
• Assist in running user activity reports
• Support the front-end side of Dynamics365
• Coordinate with the development team for technical needs

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience with Dynamics365
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to conduct training sessions
• Proficient in data entry and data management
• Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting issues

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• UI/UX experience
• Experience in process improvement initiatives
