Position: Area Operations Manager

Compensation: $ 100,000 – 130,000

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Are you ready to lead the charge in ensuring safe and compliant field operations? Join a dynamic environment where your leadership will drive the success of gas leak survey operations in Phoenix. This role is pivotal in maintaining operational excellence and client satisfaction, offering you the chance to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead and manage field crews for gas leak surveys
• Ensure work is completed safely and on time
• Communicate effectively with utility clients
• Handle scheduling and operational issues
• Promote a culture of safety and compliance
• Maintain operational audit readiness
• Support hiring and training of field personnel
• Manage labor and operational expenses
• Utilize operational data for decision-making

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years managing field operations or similar environments
• Proven success in customer-facing operations
• Experience leading field teams under pressure
• Strong relationship management skills
• Understanding of operational safety and compliance
• Valid driver’s license

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in gas utility or related service operations
• Familiarity with utility client expectations
• Success in improving operational performance
