Position: Financial Reporting Manager
Compensation: $115,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Financial Reporting Manager to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Prepare and review quarterly financial statements
- Manage intercompany eliminations and consolidation adjustments
- Own lender reporting requirements
- Lead technical accounting research and documentation
- Oversee debt accounting and reporting
- Manage GL account analysis and reconciliations
- Develop management reporting and KPI dashboards
- Partner on acquisition accounting
- Support documentation of accounting policies and internal controls
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Public accounting experience preferred
- Upstream oil & gas industry experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and technical standards
- Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements
- Advanced Excel skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment
- Building scalable reporting processes
- Exposure to KPI reporting and management dashboards
