Position: Financial Reporting Manager

Compensation: $115,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Financial Reporting Manager to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Prepare and review quarterly financial statements
• Manage intercompany eliminations and consolidation adjustments
• Own lender reporting requirements
• Lead technical accounting research and documentation
• Oversee debt accounting and reporting
• Manage GL account analysis and reconciliations
• Develop management reporting and KPI dashboards
• Partner on acquisition accounting
• Support documentation of accounting policies and internal controls

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Public accounting experience preferred
• Upstream oil & gas industry experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and technical standards
• Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements
• Advanced Excel skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment
• Building scalable reporting processes
• Exposure to KPI reporting and management dashboards
