Position: Field Service Manager
Compensation: $ 140,000 – 155,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Houston, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Field Service Manager to join their team!
Join a dynamic company that specializes in electrical supply manufacturing, with a new subsidiary focused on service support for electrical panels. This is an exciting opportunity to be one of the first hires, helping build and grow the team. The role involves leading commissioning projects, providing technical leadership, and ensuring safety standards are met. If you have a passion for electrical systems and a knack for leadership, this is the perfect ground-floor opportunity!
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead startup, commissioning, and testing of electrical power systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues in the field
- Provide technical leadership during critical field operations
- Enforce testing standards aligned with NETA and manufacturer requirements
- Drive quality control efforts to reduce field errors
- Train and mentor field service technicians
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 8–12+ years of experience in electrical testing or field service
- Strong hands-on experience with power distribution equipment
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems independently
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel as required
