Position: IT Procurement Manager
Compensation: $50-60 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Dallas, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Procurement Manager to join their team!
This opportunity offers a chance to take ownership of procurement processes for a well established company. You’ll work with a dynamic team, ensuring vendor invoices are correctly identified and budgets are managed efficiently. This role is open due to a need for a proactive individual who can streamline procurement and vendor consolidation processes.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Oversee all vendor processing and procurement activities
- Manage hardware and software purchasing
- Ensure accurate budget allocation and reporting
- Set up purchase orders and manage vendor invoices
- Implement cost management and vendor consolidation strategies
- Collaborate with IT partners and finance team
- Analyze and optimize procurement processes
- Negotiate with vendors for resources and services
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in procurement and vendor management
- Strong attention to detail and accounting skills
- Proficiency in D365 F&O Platform
- Ability to manage capital spend effectively
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in manufacturing or software industries
- Senior mindset and ownership of processes
- Familiarity with Amazon business purchasing
