Position: IT Procurement Manager

Compensation: $50-60 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Dallas, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Procurement Manager to join their team!

This opportunity offers a chance to take ownership of procurement processes for a well established company. You’ll work with a dynamic team, ensuring vendor invoices are correctly identified and budgets are managed efficiently. This role is open due to a need for a proactive individual who can streamline procurement and vendor consolidation processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Oversee all vendor processing and procurement activities
• Manage hardware and software purchasing
• Ensure accurate budget allocation and reporting
• Set up purchase orders and manage vendor invoices
• Implement cost management and vendor consolidation strategies
• Collaborate with IT partners and finance team
• Analyze and optimize procurement processes
• Negotiate with vendors for resources and services

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in procurement and vendor management
• Strong attention to detail and accounting skills
• Proficiency in D365 F&O Platform
• Ability to manage capital spend effectively

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in manufacturing or software industries
• Senior mindset and ownership of processes
• Familiarity with Amazon business purchasing
