Position: Controller

Compensation: $125,000 – $135,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Pryor, Oklahoma

Step into a pivotal management role where you’ll lead the Accounting Department of a thriving organization. This opportunity offers the chance to shape financial policies, drive strategic initiatives, and make a significant impact. The company is seeking a leader with manufacturing industry exposure to elevate their financial operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Direct all functions of the Accounting Department
• Administer financial policies and programs
• Prepare and file annual tax returns
• Supervise financial reporting and accounting staff
• Develop internal control policies and procedures
• Advise management on financial objectives
• Coordinate financial planning and budgeting
• Analyze financial details for development opportunities
• Lead staff training in budgeting and financial management

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Three to seven years of related experience
• Advanced computer knowledge required
• Previous experience in manufacturing
• Proven analytical skills and critical thinking

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• CPA certification preferred
• Experience in tax planning work
• Familiarity with depreciation rates and capitalized items
