Position: Accounts Payable Clerk
Compensation: $22 – $24 /hour, depending on experience
Location: New Albany, Ohio
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team!
This is a strong long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping financial operations moving smoothly. In this role, you’ll support a busy AP team by processing a high volume of invoices and handling additional administrative tasks in a collaborative office environment. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with internal teams, this could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Process 50 to 100 invoices per day
- Support accounts payable operations using OpenInvoice
- Handle additional administrative tasks as needed
- Communicate clearly with internal team members
- Maintain accuracy and organization in daily work
- Support efficient invoice workflow and follow-up tasks
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of accounts payable experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced AP environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stay organized with high-volume processing
- Comfort using invoice processing systems
- Ability to work onsite in New Albany, Ohio
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Oil and gas industry experience
- Experience with OpenInvoice
- Background supporting administrative finance functions
