Position: Accounts Payable Clerk

Compensation: $22 – $24 /hour, depending on experience

Location: New Albany, Ohio

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team!

This is a strong long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping financial operations moving smoothly. In this role, you’ll support a busy AP team by processing a high volume of invoices and handling additional administrative tasks in a collaborative office environment. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with internal teams, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Process 50 to 100 invoices per day
• Support accounts payable operations using OpenInvoice
• Handle additional administrative tasks as needed
• Communicate clearly with internal team members
• Maintain accuracy and organization in daily work
• Support efficient invoice workflow and follow-up tasks

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of accounts payable experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced AP environment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stay organized with high-volume processing
• Comfort using invoice processing systems
• Ability to work onsite in New Albany, Ohio

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Oil and gas industry experience
• Experience with OpenInvoice
• Background supporting administrative finance functions
