Position: Senior Cloud Engineer

Compensation: $115,000 – $135,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Cloud Engineer to join their team!

Join a rapidly growing company as a Senior Cloud Engineer, where you’ll play a crucial role in designing and managing hybrid IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Design and manage hybrid/multi-cloud environments across Azure and AWS
• Lead cloud workload administration, monitoring, and performance tuning
• Implement migrations and re-platforming strategies for applications
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes
• Ensure high availability and business continuity for critical systems
• Collaborate on SCADA/ICS integration and energy-specific software support
• Monitor resource usage and implement cost optimization strategies
• Maintain security posture and compliance with industry standards
• Serve as senior technical escalation point for complex incidents
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to IT strategy

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years managing hybrid/multi-cloud environments
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Expertise in IT systems engineering or infrastructure administration
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
• Understanding of networking, security principles, and monitoring tools
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in regulated industries
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• US Citizen – must not require additional work authorization

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or AWS Solutions Architect Professional
• Familiarity with oil and gas domain applications
• Knowledge of SCADA systems or ICS security considerations
• Resides within the United States (Oklahoma City or Houston preferred)
