Position: Electrical Designer

Compensation: $28 – $33 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Electrical Designer to join their team!

Join an innovative team working on diverse telecommunication projects. This onsite role offers the chance to engage in planning, designing, and modeling telecommunication infrastructures. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Assist in planning, site evaluations, and construction documentation
• Design and model telecommunication infrastructure projects
• Prepare engineering drawings using Revit and CAD software
• Lead setup of telecommunications Revit models
• Perform project tasks within budgeted hours and deadlines
• Coordinate telecommunications BIM with other disciplines
• Maintain project drawings and related information
• Ensure model health and data integrity for projects
• Comply with company, client, and project standards

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s in drafting technology or related field with 2+ years experience, or
• Associate’s degree with 3+ years experience, or
• High school diploma with 4+ years progressive detailing experience
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Excel
• Experience in Autodesk Revit preferred
• Basic knowledge of telecommunications design and systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in managing 3D Revit models
• Ability to utilize both 2D and 3D applications
• Knowledge of design codes and specifications
