Position: Application Developer III
Compensation: $100-$135k/yr, depending on experience
Location: Lakewood, Colorado

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support and develop transactional and third-party applications
- Engage with user groups for installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Collect and interpret user requirements for technical solutions
- Convert project specifications into detailed coding instructions
- Provide after-hours support as part of a shared responsibility
- Write documentation for program development and user manuals
- Support user training and provide technical assistance
- Monitor program performance post-implementation
- Maintain high regard for safety and professionalism
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3-5+ years of development experience
- Proficiency in VB.Net, C#, ASP.Net, REST API/JSON, and SQL
- Experience with AI tools
- Experience with MS Visual Studio .NET architecture
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Customer service oriented with analytical thinking
