Position: Desk Side Support Analyst

Compensation: $30 – $40 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Midland, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desk Side Support Analyst to join their team!

Join a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment specializing in midstream oil and gas solutions. As a Desk Side Support Analyst, you’ll work closely with the Technical Support Supervisor, providing top-notch support for end-users. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with leading-edge technology and contribute to significant projects within the company.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide customer-centric support to end-users
• Troubleshoot and maintain local site hardware and software
• Collaborate with internal and external management on technical solutions
• Participate in system replacement and upgrade projects
• Travel up to 40% for maintenance and installations
• Provide general end-user training and documentation
• Coordinate technology evaluations and deployments
• Analyze problems to determine trends and solutions
• Adhere to ITIL methodologies for service lifecycle management
• Ensure high reliability and usability of delivered solutions

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• 3 years of desktop support experience
• Proven knowledge of Windows 10, SharePoint, Office 365
• Valid passport and ability to travel within North America
• Experience with ITIL compliant service management software
• Strong communication skills and documentation ability
• Valid Driver’s License with a safe driving record

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with Terminal Boss, Bourque Data Systems, SCADA
• Experience with networking concepts and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of industry standard end-user technologies
