Position: Accounts Payable Associate

Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 annually, depending on experience + bonus 

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Payable Associate to join their team!

This is a strong direct hire opportunity for a detail-oriented AP professional who enjoys keeping operations moving and resolving invoice issues with accuracy. You’ll play an important part in supporting day-to-day payables, vendor communication, and month-end close in a fast-paced environment with room for overtime and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Process and code vendor invoices with accurate approvals
• Enter check requests and wire transactions into SAP
• Support payment processing and maintain backup documentation
• Review invoice details and follow up on missing information
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams on invoice questions
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies and duplicate invoices
• Maintain organized, audit-ready AP records and files
• Support month-end close and AP reporting activities
• Assist with audits, compliance testing, and process improvements

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least 2 years of AP invoice processing experience
• Experience coding invoices accurately
• Strong attention to detail and deadline management
• Clear communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfort working with vendors and internal stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with SAP
• Experience using OpenInvoice or similar AP workflow tools
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Knowledge of invoice review and payment terms
• Experience resolving credits and payment issues
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Other Information:

• Direct hire, fully onsite role
• Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Overtime is available and eligible for pay
• In-person interview process, approximately two rounds
