Position: Technical Sales Engineer

Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join their team!

Join a dynamic team where you’ll play a vital role in sustaining and growing the business. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you’ll be the primary technical and business representative for a defined customer base, aligning customer needs with comprehensive product solutions. This role offers an exciting blend of technical expertise and customer engagement, perfect for those looking to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Foster long-term relationships with direct accounts and partners
• Act as the primary technical expert for assigned customers
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
• Educate channel partners and customers on product value
• Address and resolve technical issues effectively
• Support trade shows and industry events as a technical ambassador
• Maintain accurate forecasts and opportunity tracking
• Collaborate with Product Management for strategic planning
• Travel up to 50% of the time, including international trips

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent education
• 2 years of experience in account or project management
• Proven success in complex, long-term customer relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in sales, account management, or business development
• Ability to negotiate contracts and manage pricing discussions

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in technical environments
• Skilled in presenting product value propositions
• Experience with CRM and customer management tools
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
