Position: Digital Operations Manager

Compensation: $ 155,000 – 165,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Katy, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Digital Operations Manager to join their team!

Join a dynamic team as a Digital Operations Manager, where you'll be at the forefront of managing IT operations for a leading digital/e-commerce business. This is an exciting opportunity to work onsite in Katy, Texas, leading a team to deliver high-quality service and drive operational excellence. The role is open due to internal promotions, presenting a fantastic chance to step into a leadership position and make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage system enhancements for the WebSphere platform
• Build and maintain state-of-the-art IT operations
• Lead a global 24/7 operation engineer team
• Develop and report on key operation service-level metrics
• Collaborate with departments to provide IT operations services
• Build relationships with business partners
• Prepare budgets and team objectives
• Promote self-service tools and process improvement
• Stay abreast of trends in IT operations support

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• 8-12 years in IT Operations and leadership
• Strong technical knowledge of eCommerce platforms
• Experience with enterprise applications and operating systems
• Cloud Technologies, Web Sphere commerce or ATG knowledge
• Customer advocate with a passion to solve issues quickly

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Retail and eCommerce experience
• Experience with integrations and third-party tools
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Google Cloud
• Experience with data centers and organizational change management
