Position: Help Desk II

Compensation: $55,000 – $65,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Help Desk II to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for a technically minded support professional who enjoys solving problems, working directly with end users, and being a trusted escalation point for more complex issues. You’ll join a small IT team in a newly created role, helping support day-to-day operations across multiple locations while contributing to a growing Microsoft 365 environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Resolve escalated help desk tickets and technical support issues
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems
  • Support workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Assist with Active Directory user and group management
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications and user access needs
  • Help maintain endpoint security and system updates
  • Document resolutions clearly and maintain support records
  • Serve as a resource and mentor for Level 1 support
  • Support remote access, VPN, and on-premises infrastructure

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of IT support experience
  • 1–2 years handling escalated or Tier 2 support issues
  • Experience with Windows operating systems
  • Hands-on Microsoft 365 troubleshooting experience
  • Experience supporting Active Directory in a domain environment
  • Familiarity with hardware repair and device deployment
  • Understanding of basic cybersecurity and MFA best practices
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • CompTIA A+ certification
  • CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification
  • Experience with ticketing or ITSM systems
  • Cloud support or Microsoft 365 administration exposure
  • Experience supporting SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, or OneDrive
  • Familiarity with Yardi, WelcomeHome, Dayforce, or PointClickCare
  • Cybersecurity awareness, including phishing and endpoint protection

  • Primarily onsite role in downtown Tulsa
  • Some occasional travel to other sites may be required

  • Candidate should be adaptable, flexible, and team-oriented
