Position: Revenue Accounting Manager

Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Revenue Accounting Manager to join their team!

The role is open due to the company's expansion and need for experienced leadership in their revenue accounting department.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead a team of 7 Revenue staff
• Manage revenue accruals and filings
• Analyze monthly revenue trends
• Oversee month-end accrual close processing
• Implement process improvements and internal controls
• Collaborate with internal departments
• Support acquisition and divestiture activities
• Manage DR21W reporting

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of oil and gas revenue accounting experience
• 4+ years supervisory experience
• 8+ years experience with Excalibur or similar software
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Accredited Petroleum Accountant (APA) accreditation
• Experience with asset acquisitions and divestitures
• Proficiency with PowerPoint
