Position: Systems Engineer

Compensation: $ 110,000 – 120,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Boulder, Colorado

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Collaborate on system interfaces documentation
• Develop and execute system test plans
• Analyze test data and provide feedback
• Conduct system-level testing and validation
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Conduct in-house and field product testing
• Identify and recommend design improvements
• Ensure compliance with product requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 3+ years in system testing and validation
• Understanding of system engineering principles
• Experience in test plan creation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of Matlab and Simulink
• Understanding of environmental testing conditions
• Experience with new product introduction
