Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounting Associate to join their team!

As an Accounting Associate, you'll be at the heart of financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency within the General Ledger Department. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Log and receipt incoming invoices for Accounts Payable processing
• Update monthly AP reports for Comptroller's reporting requirements
• Assist with tracking and resolving HMO discrepancies
• Update the asset database with new or decommissioned assets
• Coordinate asset deployment and decommissioning with relevant teams
• Assist with updating the unclaimed property database

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in accounting
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes
• Proficiency in updating financial databases
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Degree in accounting strongly preferred

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with asset management systems
• Familiarity with HMO financial processes
• Background in financial reporting and analysis
