Position: Infrastructure Services Manager

Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Infrastructure Services Manager to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a technology team in a dynamic environment. The role involves overseeing the delivery of reliable technology solutions that support daily operations and strategic objectives. You’ll collaborate across departments to address business needs, manage technology lifecycles, and drive efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead and manage infrastructure services administration staff
• Develop and enforce IT policies for departmental operations
• Promote adherence to Change Management practices
• Manage technology lifecycles, including upgrades and replacements
• Serve as after-hours Infrastructure Operations escalation supervisor
• Deliver technology solutions for daily operations and strategic goals
• Collaborate with departments to address business needs
• Monitor technology trends and recommend investments
• Recruit, develop, and train skilled technology staff
• Maintain vendor and third-party relationships
• Develop, maintain, and execute disaster recovery and contingency plans to support business continuity 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ years of System/Network Administration experience
• 5+ years managing LAN/WAN operations teams
• Experience with Windows Server, VMware, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory 
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience leading virtualization migration projects
• Banking industry experience
