Position: Principal IT Project Manager
Compensation: $60-$85/hr, depending on experience
Location: Garner, North Carolina
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Principal IT Project Manager to join their team!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned project manager to lead enterprise-level projects and work closely with business partners to align project outcomes with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead cross-functional, enterprise-wide IT projects
- Mentor and develop project management peers
- Provide strategic expertise for technology selection
- Oversee vendor partnerships and project financials
- Identify and resolve project risks and issues
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Direct implementation of complex IT initiatives
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends
- Conduct post-implementation reviews
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent
- 8+ years of IT/technical project management experience
- Project Management Professional Certification
- Experience leading business projects across various areas
- Proficient in Microsoft Suites and project management tools
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with ITIL, Six Sigma, or Lean methodologies
- 5+ years of IT systems technical experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of ERP or MES systems
- Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
