Position: Sales Support Specialist & Office Manager

Compensation: $20 – $25 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Jacksonville, Florida

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Sales Support Specialist & Office Manager to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Oversee general office operations and ensure a professional environment
• Manage office supplies and vendor relationships
• Coordinate internal communications and company events
• Serve as the primary contact for visitors and incoming calls
• Provide support to inside and outside sales teams
• Prepare and process sales quotes and purchase orders
• Communicate with customers regarding order status
• Assist with bid preparation and proposal documentation
• Support coordination between sales, production, and shipping
• Develop and maintain efficient office and sales processes

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in office management or sales support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and work both independently and collaboratively

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems
