Position: Medical Data Entry Specialist

Compensation: $41,600 – $55,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Medical Data Entry Specialist to join their team!

As a Medical Data Entry Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless data flow between systems, helping healthcare professionals focus more on patient care. This opportunity is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to grow within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Monitor data transfers between systems
• Investigate and resolve data issues
• Perform quality assurance checks
• Collaborate with team members on operational issues
• Learn and utilize company software and EMR systems
• Review patient charts for issue resolution
• Support new client implementations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience with medical software or EMR systems
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable learning new software systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently post-training

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Home healthcare experience
• Familiarity with Homecare Homebase or similar platforms
• Naturally curious mindset
• Technical background
