Position: Technical Project Manager
Compensation: $60 – $70 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Castle Rock, Colorado
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Technical Project Manager to join their team!
Join a dynamic telecom organization focused on fiber infrastructure, engineering operations, and network deployment projects. This is a unique opportunity to step into a newly created role due to a gap in end-to-end project ownership across engineering and operations. You’ll be instrumental in providing structure, direction, and execution oversight while building processes where they currently lack. This is a chance to make a significant impact from day one in a collaborative environment transitioning to remote work by Q1 2027.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage fiber and telecom infrastructure projects from planning through implementation
- Coordinate engineering, operations, service delivery, network architecture, and field teams
- Track timelines, milestones, reporting, documentation, spreadsheets, and project deliverables
- Build SOPs, workflows, and operational processes where structure is lacking
- Support technical delivery, fiber installs, operational handoffs, and deployment execution
- React quickly to operational issues and shifting priorities as projects move forward
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3–7 years of project management experience in telecommunications, broadband, or related fields
- Strong fiber/telecom infrastructure background (FTTH / broadband / network deployment experience)
- Proven experience managing end-to-end technical projects across engineering and operations
- Ability to interface with engineering and operations teams and navigate technical conversations
- Experience developing processes, workflows, SOPs, and operational documentation
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Mid-sized company experience is a huge advantage
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a dynamic environment
