Position: Manager of Technical Services
Compensation: $ 80,000 – $ 95,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tahlequah, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead and develop IT Help Desk and Technical Analyst teams
- Implement ITSM best practices aligned with industry standards
- Oversee incident management for timely resolutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage daily ticket assignments and follow-ups
- Support hardware and software installations and maintenance
- Administer ITSM/ticketing platform for accurate reporting
- Produce performance dashboards and reports
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Seven years in a related field, including three years in supervisory roles
- Three years supporting a healthcare environment
- Knowledge of various software and systems
- Valid driver’s license
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Certification in ITIL, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Experience with SCCM or MS InTune
- Familiarity with ShareWell
