Position: Manager of Technical Services

Compensation: $ 80,000 – $ 95,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tahlequah, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Manager of Technical Services to join their team!

As an IT Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing technical services within a dynamic healthcare environment. You’ll be at the forefront of driving improvements and innovations that support our clinics as they expand and evolve. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead and develop IT Help Desk and Technical Analyst teams
• Implement ITSM best practices aligned with industry standards
• Oversee incident management for timely resolutions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage daily ticket assignments and follow-ups
• Support hardware and software installations and maintenance
• Administer ITSM/ticketing platform for accurate reporting
• Produce performance dashboards and reports

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Seven years in a related field, including three years in supervisory roles
• Three years supporting a healthcare environment
• Knowledge of various software and systems
• Valid driver’s license

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Certification in ITIL, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
• Experience with SCCM or MS InTune
• Familiarity with ShareWell
