Position: Manager of Technical Services

Compensation: $ 80,000 – $ 95,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tahlequah, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Manager of Technical Services to join their team!

This exciting opportunity involves leading a dynamic team in a rapidly growing healthcare environment. As the Manager of Technical Services, you will oversee two supervisors and nearly 20 team members across multiple clinics. You will play a pivotal role in developing a Client Admin team to support upcoming expansions, including a new hospital. This position offers the chance to drive ITSM processes and contribute to significant organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage two supervisors and oversee HD/DTS and End-user Computing teams
• Lead and develop the Client Admin team for future growth
• Implement and revamp ITSM processes
• Ensure excellent customer service and support
• Coordinate with clinics across NE Oklahoma
• Contribute to construction efforts and hospital expansion

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous management experience in ITSM
• Strong background in ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Team Dynamics
• Experience in organizations experiencing growth
• Excellent customer service skills
• Familiarity with MS environments

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of SCCM or MS InTune
• Experience with ShareWell
