Position: Bilingual Member Care Representative
Compensation: $ 20-21 hourly, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Bilingual Member Care Representative to join their team!
This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused banking professional who enjoys helping members with a wide range of financial needs. In this role, you’ll support members by phone, assist with account servicing, and guide them through everyday banking and lending needs in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. The team is looking for someone who can bring professionalism, strong communication, and a consultative approach to member support.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Open new membership accounts and update existing account details
- Assist members with loans, IRAs, certificates, and trust fund questions
- Handle account activity, balances, transfers, stop payments, and wire requests
- Process loan applications by phone and through online channels
- Make outbound calls to share financial service solutions
- Support members with debit and ATM card processing
- Resolve escalated inquiries with professionalism and care
- Maintain accuracy, compliance, and quality standards
- Collaborate with peers and assist with mentoring when needed
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years of related professional work experience
- Banking or financial institution experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in a professional office or business environment
- Ability to read and interpret credit reports
- Knowledge of consumer lending products
- Comfort handling sensitive financial conversations
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a call center environment
- Previous personal banking or member service background
- Experience with consultative selling techniques
- Familiarity with banking compliance requirements
- Experience supporting account servicing over the phone
- Experience handling escalated customer inquiries
