Position: Enterprise Architecture Manager

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Katy, Texas ONSITE

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Enterprise Architecture Manager to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic technology leader who enjoys partnering closely with business teams and IT to shape long-term solutions. In this role, you’ll split your time between marketing technology strategy and broader enterprise innovation, helping guide high-impact decisions that support growth, modernization, and better customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Partner with marketing leaders to evaluate and recommend technology solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear technology strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead enterprise-level innovation, governance, and proof-of-concept efforts.
• Assess emerging tools and trends for business relevance and value.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Develop recommendations for customer acquisition and personalization capabilities.
• Support architecture planning across marketing and enterprise domains.
• Help define target-state architecture and long-term technology direction.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 8-10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or related roles.
• Enterprise architect-level experience, not solely solution architecture.
• Strong experience working with marketing teams and MarTech platforms.
• Knowledge of tools such as Salesforce, Adobe, HubSpot, or Marketo.
• Experience with CRM, customer journey, personalization, and audience targeting.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts in business-friendly terms.
• Proven collaboration skills with both business and technology teams.
• Experience creating roadmaps, recommendations, or proof-of-concepts.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with enterprise governance and innovation initiatives.
• Background in retail or customer-facing environments.
• Familiarity with customer data, analytics, and integration planning.
• Experience rationalizing technology platforms and systems.
• Exposure to omnichannel engagement strategies.
• Experience supporting marketing and customer experience leaders.

Other Information:

• Onsite schedule in Katy, Monday through Friday, with a half day on Fridays.
