Position: Data Entry Specialist

Compensation: $ 18 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Data Entry Specialist to join their team!

This is a great contract opportunity for someone who enjoys detail-focused work and keeping information accurate and organized. You’ll support a backlog of provider contracts, helping ensure records are reviewed, corrected, and processed efficiently. It’s an excellent chance to step into a fast-moving environment where your accuracy and consistency will make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Review provider contracts for accuracy and completeness
• Process contract information in the system
• Work through a high-volume backlog efficiently
• Verify data entries against source documents
• Maintain accurate and organized records
• Support standard office hours onsite

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong attention to detail
• Accurate data entry skills
• Ability to review information for errors
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to process information efficiently
• Must be able to work onsite in Oklahoma City

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Prior contract review experience
• Previous administrative or clerical support experience
• Experience handling high-volume documentation
• Familiarity with data processing systems
