Position: Sales Analytics Coordinator

Compensation: $ 55000 – 65000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Sales Analytics Coordinator to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for a data-minded professional who enjoys turning sales information into clear, actionable insights. In this role, you’ll support CRM administration, reporting, dashboard maintenance, and analytics that directly influence sales performance and occupancy goals. You’ll be a key resource for sales leaders and cross-functional teams, helping improve data accuracy, strengthen reporting processes, and keep critical systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage sales data collection, reporting, and CRM administration.
• Maintain data integrity across WelcomeHome and Yardi systems.
• Build and update Tableau dashboards and reporting tools.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
• Support move-in, move-out, and benchmark reporting.
• Troubleshoot CRM access, call recording, and connectivity issues.
• Track bonus calculations and coordinate approval workflows.
• Support sales training and user adoption efforts.
• Assist with vendor reporting and lead source management.
• Partner with leadership on analytics and performance reporting.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or CRM support.
• Strong comfort working with data and performance metrics.
• Experience building or maintaining reports and dashboards.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent organization and follow-through skills.
• Ability to support multiple reporting priorities at once.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with WelcomeHome CRM.
• Tableau dashboard development experience.
• Familiarity with Yardi.
• Background in sales analytics or occupancy reporting.
• Experience with lead source or vendor reporting.
• Knowledge of sales performance benchmarks.
• Experience supporting end users with system troubleshooting.
• Exposure to PowerPoint reporting presentations.
