Position: Desktop Support

Compensation: $24 – 25 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desktop Support specialist to join their team!

This contract opportunity is ideal for a hands-on desktop support professional who enjoys solving technical issues, supporting end users, and keeping operations running smoothly. The role will focus on deskside support, imaging, onboarding, asset coordination, and other day-to-day IT support needs. Strong communication skills and a quick start-up are especially valuable in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide deskside support for hardware and software issues
• Image, configure, and deploy Dell hardware
• Support new hire onboarding and equipment setup
• Assist with IT asset collection and equipment deployment
• Respond to user questions and resolve issues quickly
• Document daily tasks, issues, and resolutions accurately
• Work with vendors to resolve technical issues
• Provide basic support for A/V equipment

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Associate’s degree in a computer-related field, or equivalent training
• 2-5 years of relevant desktop support experience
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Ability to support end users in-person
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience with Active Directory, SCCM, ServiceNow, AppV, Citrix, PowerShell and BitLocker preferred 
• Proficiency with operating systems and desktop support tools

• This is a six-month contract with potential for extension based on performance
• The team is currently experiencing a high workload and needs support quickly
• Strong interpersonal skills and ServiceNow knowledge are preferred
