Position: Accountant II

Compensation: $ 80000-90000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accountant II to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys hands-on GL work and a stable, process-driven environment. The  team is looking for someone who can step in and make an immediate impact across general ledger, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close support.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Prepare journal entries for multiple entities
• Balance and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Support monthly and year-end close activities
• Maintain daily cash activity and cash receipts
• Resolve billing and payment discrepancies
• Assist with sales tax and exemption certificate tracking
• Support accounts payable check, wire, and ACH processing
• Manage vendor and customer correspondence
• Assist with customer setup and credit approvals
• Help maintain records and accounting procedures

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• CPA / CPA-eligible
• 3-5 years of accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or comparable experience
• Strong general accounting knowledge
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas
• High attention to detail and strong organization
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong time management and deadline-driven mindset

Nice to Have Skills & Experience: 

• Experience with inventory accounting
• Variance analysis experience
• Knowledge of sales tax functions
• Cost accounting experience
• Accounting and payroll background
• ERP system experience
