Position: Data Entry Specialist

Compensation: $19/hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Data Entry Specialist to join their team!

This is a strong contract opportunity for someone who enjoys detail-focused work and thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment. You’ll support an important backlog project by reviewing provider contracts for accuracy and entering information into the system. If you’re looking for a steady onsite role with the chance to make an immediate impact, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Review provider contracts for accuracy and completeness
• Process contract information in the system
• Work through a large backlog of pending items
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency
• Follow established procedures and documentation standards
• Support day-to-day administrative data tasks

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience with data entry or administrative support
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to review information for accuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and system navigation skills
• Ability to work onsite during standard business hours

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience processing contracts or similar documents
• Previous work with provider-related information
• Experience handling high-volume backlogs
• Familiarity with administrative workflows
