Position: Electrical Detailer

Compensation: $ 23 – 26 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Electrical Detailer to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented CAD professional who enjoys supporting engineers and designers on impactful projects. You’ll help create and update technical drawings, contribute to drafting improvements, and work in a collaborative environment with room to grow your skills.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Create and revise engineering drawings from sketches and layouts
• Prepare plot drawings and technical drafting documents
• Support detailers, designers, and engineers on project work
• Follow drafting standards, procedures, and discipline practices
• Use standard drafting programs to complete assigned tasks
• Research design issues and recommend practical solutions
• Assist with drafting process improvement initiatives
• Complete additional project support as needed

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Coursework in drafting technology required
• AutoCAD experience required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Legally authorized to work permanently in the United States
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 required

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• CAD background with GIS experience
• Specialized CAD certification
• Experience supporting electrical drafting work
