Position: Reporting and Control Senior Analyst

Compensation: $100000 – $115000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Reporting and Control Senior Analyst to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys owning month-end reporting, strengthening controls, and supporting high-impact accounting operations. You’ll play a key role in financial close activities, audit support, tax coordination, and process improvement while helping keep reporting accurate, timely, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Prepare monthly financial reporting and analysis.
• Post journal entries and complete account reconciliations.
• Track and report balance sheet KPIs.
• Support external audit and internal control reviews.
• Assist with tax, payroll, and insurance administration.
• Monitor receivables and coordinate cross-functional communication.
• Review intercompany invoices and internal allocations.
• Support corporate governance documentation and compliance.
• Identify process improvements through data and automation.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5-7 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
• Background in reconciliations and journal entries.
• Knowledge of budgeting, payroll, and compliance.
• Experience supporting audits and statutory reporting.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• CPA or CFA certification preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud.
• Experience with Tagetik.
• Strong Excel modeling skills.
• Experience with IFRS reporting.
• Public reporting experience.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Background in consolidations reporting.
